With the new special sharpener DT it is no longer difficult to form a convex edge, according to many experts the sharpest and most durable edge in existence. Works on all types of knives. The sharpener has a fixed, built-in angle that directly shows how to hold the knife in relation to the sharpener and then you just have to move the knife back and forth. When you have established a sharp, convex shape on the edge, you turn the sharpener over and polish the outermost edge with the ceramic sharpener. Done!
